Purpose of the position:

 

Assist Crew Training Project and Process Manager with management of projects that are initiated within the Training department. E.g.:


  • TMS implementation
  • Development of user platforms
  • Manage tendering processes, etc.

 

Enable the Training department to service W500 through simplification of existing processes and automation of low added value workflows.

Responsibilities:

 

Tasks in relation to the TMS


  •  Manage the implementation and daily operation/relationship with the vendor
  • Manage the automation related development with WIZZ IT

 

Organizational structure, duties, responsibilities and accountabilities


  • Manage new development requests from cross functions within the Group Training, AOC training departments and CCTO
  • Ensure that TMS meets its standard configuration (notifications, metadata properties)
  • Ensure that standard configuration has been amended with the changes caused by new developments
  • Set up and testing of evaluation forms and their logic (if needed for a new development) before handing them over to Crew Training Support Manager
  • Act as 1st level of technical support before submitting support tickets to vendors


Tasks in relation to other platforms (e.g. SharePoint, TEAMS, OneNote)


  • Establish best practices and user guidance for crew and members of the Group Training, AOC training departments and CCTO
  • Sustain established processes

 

Tasks in relation to monday.com platform:


  • Administration of workspaces belonging to Group Training (including modifications and analytics set up)
  • Additional boards configuration
  • Connecting Group Training boards with other departments’ boards. End-to-end process set-up and management

 

Tasks in relation to process development:


  • Standardise and simplify workflows
  • Identify workflows that can be automated

 

Task in relation to tendering:


  • Assist Crew Training Project and Processes Manager with project management when the Training Department is running tenders
  • Assist Crew Training Project and Processes Manager throughout the implementation of new systems 
  • Assist Crew Training Project and Processes Manager with managing vendors after selection

 

Other administrative tasks:


  • Support the compliance administration of the Group Training

 

Requirements:

 

  • Completed University degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of EASA PART.FCL (advantage)
  • Knowledge of EASA PART.CC (advantage)
  • Experience with database and workflow management systems (advantage)
  • Knowledge of aviation related training structures (company specific training will be provided) - advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools (with special attention of excel)
